Germain Ford of Beavercreek has a unique opportunity for a Commercial Fleet Sales Manager to join the team. This role will work within the business community and local government agencies to build relationships and drive vehicle purchase programs in a business-to-business environment.

Must have 3+Years of Verifiable Ford Fleet and Commercial Experience
Minimum of Level 2 or Master Certification in Ford STARS Commercial and Fleet Management Training.
Responsible for the entire department and will control all aspects of Fleet and Commercial Sales including but not limited to: Marketing, Floorplan, Volume, Gross, Bids, etc.
Visit prospective customers to stimulate interest in establishing or expanding vehicle fleet and commercial purchases
Answer and respond to sales inquiries and/or requests for proposals promptly to obtain business
Prepare contracts and oversee the purchase process to ensure customer satisfaction
Oversee logistics of vehicle acquisition and delivery to customers
Attend business and civic functions as assigned by dealership management
Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
Minimum 3+Years of Verifiable Ford Fleet and Commercial Experience
Minimum of Level 2 or Master Certification in Ford STARS Commercial and Fleet Management Training
Must Have a proven track record of success and profitability
Self-motivated with a high level of integrity
Enthusiastic, high energy personality
Professional demeanor and ability to negotiate pricing
Display outgoing, friendly disposition while handling objections and negotiating pricing
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
