Job Description:
Are you eager to be at the forefront of the automotive industry, promoting the most innovative parts and accessories available on the market today? Germain Honda of Beavercreek is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our exciting and motivated team.
As a Service Advisor, you own the customer’s experience in the service lane and are the first point of contact for the client as it relates to their vehicle status, repairs, diagnostics and issues. You are well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling and customer service. From greeting vehicle owners on the drive line to explaining the repair process, our Service Advisors are true professionals who enjoy helping others.
Experience preferred but not required!
Responsibilities:

Answer service calls

Set and confirm appointments

Write repair orders
-
Work between the technician and customer.

Assist your client through the service process.

Coordinate with team members for loaner availability

Work with warranty clerk to ensure proper warranty processing and disclosure
Qualifications:

Service advisor experience preferred

Organized and friendly personality

Demonstrated ability to manage others

Time management skills

Fantastic communication skills with your customers

Consistent record of service and sales success

Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
